@3IF I HAVE A DISRUTIVE PLAYER?
=============================
@1I know it may sound stupid, but it`s best to tell this player how bad it
is for the group. They're obviously too stupid to realise this themselves
but shouting at them may work.
Other more sensible suggestions would be to fudge the rules, or say
out right that offensive spells/actions against PCs will not work. Other
options rely on getting the agreement of the other players, but why not
try things like telling everyone to make up a group of characters that
work well together. If the said player fails to do this then just get the
players to turn round and say they don't want to be in a party with this
PC, and could the guy go and make up a new one.
You could always try playing some Ravenloft, and getting the PC noticed by
the dark gods of the realm (or any other realm in which your playing). This
could lead to the PC being chased by paladins, given nasty things that
restrict the PCs actions - eating raw meat every 2 hours for +1 on
a couple of stats.
How about setting up a campaign in which all the other PCs can pick on
this one. That might make him realise what it's like.
Most of these are probably of no use, but you never know. You have my
condolences if you have such a bad player.
